Terms of Service

ClearPath helps you turn a goal into a structured plan. It lets you define a goal, complete an assessment, generate an AI-assisted roadmap of sub-goals and tasks, track your progress, and maintain habits tied to that roadmap.

ClearPath is currently offered as an early-access (alpha) product. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this period.

You need an account to use most features. You agree to provide an accurate email address, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.

Roadmaps, sub-goals, tasks, and habit suggestions are generated with the assistance of third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or career advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on output from the Service.

You retain ownership of the goals, assessment answers, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate your roadmap and habit suggestions.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You can delete your goals and account data from your account page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
